Questions
Questions lenders ask us.
Is this a consumer credit check?
No. We investigate businesses and the people who own and run them, from public records. We don’t pull credit reports, and our reports are not for credit decisions about individuals.
Can our whole team share one account?
Yes. Your whole team can be on the account, submit cases and download reports from the client portal.
Can we screen a whole pipeline?
Yes. Several cases can be submitted at once in the client portal; each becomes its own case with its own report.
